Our rugs are handmade from natural wool.  For this reason, there will be natural differences in the patterns and colours.  We believe these to be beautiful features of the artisan’s handwoven work, making each rug one-of-a-kind. Whilst we try our best, wool can shrink and so sizes may also vary by 2-10cm

Don’t want tassels?  A distinctive characteristic of traditional Moroccan rugs are their tassels on just one side.  You have the option to remove these, should you prefer.  Tassel length is approximately 10-15cm

All of our rugs are handmade to order.  Woven by hand in the Atlas Mountains and then washed and hung to dry in the Moroccan air.  Our current lead times are 6-12 weeks. For rug orders larger than 9x12ft, please allow for an extra two weeks

What is your returns policy?

Due to our rugs being made to order we are unable to accept returns.  We highly recommend ordering a sample patch before placing your order to ensure you are happy with the quality of the wool as well as the colour options.  Please ensure measurements, colours and design are correct before purchasing

Am I able to cancel my order?

Our custom rug orders are generally put into production 24 hrs after receipt of your order.  We are therefore only able to cancel, change and refund custom orders up until 24hrs after purchase  

What if I’m unhappy with my order?

We want you to be happy with your rug and really hope that does not happen.  We are available to answer any questions you may have before placing your order
