Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days once payment has been received. If you would like your order expedited please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (extra postage charges may apply).
Please ensure a valid mailing address and local phone number for the recipient are provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items which are not received due to incorrect details.
If an order is returned to us by the courier company following it’s delivery attempts, the original postage cost cannot be refunded and the same postage costs will apply to re-deliver the items.
We aim to deliver all orders for UK Mainland within 3-5 business days. Delivery may take up to 7 days according to the selected courier service.
We deliver worldwide, postage prices are based on the total weight of your order, calculated at checkout. All international orders are sent by courier tracked & signed. International orders are usually delivered within 5-7 business days but may take up to 20 business days. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements. If the parcel has not reached you within this time, please email email@example.com.

Cosy Coco is not responsible for any additional charges, customs fees or duties once your package has reached your country. Customs processing may also cause delays which we cannot control. For any queries regarding local customs charges and processing please contact your government customs office.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to accept returns and exchange or refund you for the item as long as it is returned to us within 21 days of purchase. If you are not happy with your item please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, complete with original packaging, tags and labels attached. We cannot refund the cost of shipping or packaging and we do require you to pay for the postage of your returned items. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. We advise you to send this as recorded post, or to keep a copy of proof of postage in the event the package goes missing. If you do not return the goods within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund and will issue you with a credit note instead.
If your order arrives to you damaged from the post and you would like to return it, we will of course be happy to reimburse you for the item and the cost of shipping. Please let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org about the damaged item within 1 week of receiving your order.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours receipt of the unwanted items. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to credit your account.
Please note gift cards and sale items are non-refundable.
